• Items sold are strictly non-refundable
• 1 to 1 exchange can be made within 7 days of receipt (for defective items only)

• Buyer to bear delivery charges for returned items / Meet up available for 1 to 1 exchange
• Items will be posted by next working day after payment is received. Local delivery by Singpost usually takes 1 - 4 working days. Do note that there might be occassional delays by Singpost due to high volumes of transaction near Public Holidays or inspection by Singpost. 
• Seller will not be responsible for lost mail, hence, registered mail is recommended (Please click "Add To Cart" Icon on left sidebar for registered mail options)
